Understand the Cash Flow Report:

The Cash Flow Report provides a clear view of how money moves in and out of your business over a selected period. It highlights cash inflows (such as customer receipts, sales income, or other revenue) and cash outflows (including supplier payments, payroll, operating expenses, and other costs), helping you track your liquidity position.

This report is essential for managing day-to-day operations, planning future expenses, and ensuring that you have enough cash to meet your obligations when they arise.

If there are significant fluctuations or unusually high or low balances, it may indicate issues such as:

  • Delayed customer payments or collection problems.
  • Unexpected increases in expenses or one-off payments.
  • Timing differences between income and expenses.
  • Missing or incorrectly recorded transactions.

Export the Cash Flow Report:

  1. At the top right corner of the report, click 'Download'.
  2. Choose between CSV or PDF format.
  3. The file will download to your browser for saving or sharing.
