How to Use AI to Bulk Upload Your Transactions

Balabook’s bulk upload functionality allows you to upload as many documents as you need from the following categories: Sales, Purchases, Returns, Payments, and Credits. Balabook’s AI will then automatically create the corresponding transactions in the system, leaving you only to review and approve them.

  1. In your web browser, open the left-side menu and navigate to Accountant > Transactions.
  2. Click the blue Upload Documents button at the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Select the type of transaction you want to upload (Sales, Purchases, Returns, Payments, or Credits).
  4. Drag and drop the documents into the upload area, or browse your computer to select them.
  5. Click Upload Documents.
  6. The system will take a few seconds to process and display the transactions.
