View and Understand your Aging Analysis Report

An aging analysis report shows outstanding receivables or payables grouped by how long they have been overdue, helping track and manage cash flow.

View the Aging Analysis Report:

  1. On the left-side menu, click Reports, then select Aging Analysis.
  2. Select a date, choose the analysis type (payables or receivables), and specify the report format (detailed or summary).
  3. Click Filter Report to view the balances for each partner as of the selected date.

The report displays each partner along with their outstanding balances categorized into aging buckets: Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, and Over 91 days. Totals at the bottom of the report provide an overall view of outstanding amounts, allowing you to quickly assess the total balance across all partners.

Understand the Aging Analysis Report:

The Aging Analysis report provides a snapshot of outstanding balances, grouped by aging periods (Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, and Over 91 days) and organized by partner.

  • Current amounts represent recent balances that are not yet overdue.
  • Older buckets highlight overdue amounts, helping you identify potential collection or payment risks.

The report helps you monitor cash flow and prioritize follow-ups with customers or vendors based on how long balances have been outstanding.

If large amounts appear in older aging buckets, it may indicate issues such as:

  • Delayed customer payments or ineffective collection processes.
  • Outstanding supplier invoices that require attention.
  • Potential cash flow risks due to overdue balances.

Export the Aging Analysis Report:

  1. At the top right corner of the report, click 'Download'.
  2. Choose between CSV or PDF format.
  3. The file will download to your browser for saving or sharing.
