How to Delete an Approved Payroll

Sometimes you may need to add additional payments or deductions to your employee's pay.

If a change is needed after a payroll has been approved, you can delete the approved payroll and start again.

  1. On the left-side menu, select Payroll > Payruns
  2. Locate the approved payrun you want to delete, select Actions > Delete.
