To access the payroll feature as a SME company, you'll need to subscribe to the Growth Plan. This plan includes free payroll access for up to 3 employees. For each additional employee, there is a charge of €2 per month.
Accountant Plan:
This plan includes free payroll access for up to 3 employees. For each additional employee, there is a charge of €2 per month.
Is There a Free Trial Period for Balabook’s Payroll Feature?
Balabook’s payroll feature is included in the Growth and Accounting plan. This plan offers a 30-day free trial when you choose the monthly subscription, and a 3-month free trial when you opt for the yearly subscription. The trial period begins once you activate your subscription by entering your credit card details. Once the trial is complete, you must have an active or limited access subscription to continue to run payroll and access payroll tax documents.
Can I Pay Myself with Balabook?
You can add yourself as an employee if your business is incorporated, however, Balabook recommends speaking with your accountant to understand the tax implications of paying yourself as an employee.
Can I Contribute to a Retirement Account?
You can add benefits to and deduct from an employee’s pay for several reasons.
How Can Employees View Their Pay Stubs?
If you invite your employees to Balabook, they can view their paystubs and payroll information through their own Personal profile. Or, you can print paystubs from the Approved Payrolls section within your Balabook account.
