- On the left-side menu, select Payroll > Employees.
- Locate the employee you want to make changes for.
- Click the 'Actions' button on the right and then click 'Edit'.
- From the menu on the next page, select the section you want to edit.
What Details Can I Edit in Each Section?
Personal Information:
Here you can edit the employee’s:
- Name
- Email
- Home address
- Date of birth
- Work location
- Click Save at the bottom of the page to save any changes.
If the employee has accepted an email invitation to view their payroll information through Balabook, you can’t update their email address manually.
