- On the left-side menu, click Sales > Invoices.
- Choose the invoice you’d like to send a receipt for.
- In the Payments section, under the Actions button, click 'Send a receipt' (you can also Download Receipt).
- Enter an email address if the customer’s profile doesn’t have a saved email.
- Edit the subject line and message if needed.
- To send a copy of the email to yourself, click the checkbox at the bottom.
- Click 'Send'.
