How to Edit, Delete, or Duplicate an Estimate

An estimate is a document provided by a business to a customer that outlines the expected costs for a product or service before the work begins, typically including labor, materials, and other charges. It gives the customer an idea of the price, though it's not a final or binding amount.

  1. On the left-side menu, click Sales > Estimates.
  2. Locate the estimate or search using the filters above your list of estimates.
  3. Click the 'Actions' button to the right of the estimate.
  4. To edit, select 'Edit' from the menu, make the required changes, then click 'Save'.
  5. To delete, select 'Delete' from the menu, then in the pop-up window, click 'Delete' again to confirm.
  6. Deleted estimates cannot be recovered. If you wish to retain them for your records, make sure to export the estimates before deleting them.
