Estimate Statuses:
Different statuses are assigned to estimates based on certain criteria:
- Approved:You have created the estimate and approved it.
- Invoiced:You have created the estimate and also created the invoice.
- Draft: You have created the estimate and saved it as a draft.}
- Sent: You have sent the estimate to a customer.
- Void: The estimate is no longer valid
- Expired: The Valid Until date of the estimate has passed.
Use Filters to Find an Estimate:
To view estimates that meet certain conditions, or search for a specific estimate:
- On the left-side menu, click Sales > Estimates.
- At the top of the page, you can see the estimate filters. Filter by customer name, estimate status, and date range to view the estimates that meet the criteria you set.
- To search for an estimate using the estimate number, enter the number in the rightmost field with the search icon.
