How to Find an Estimate

Estimate Statuses:

Different statuses are assigned to estimates based on certain criteria:

- Approved:You have created the estimate and approved it.
- Invoiced:You have created the estimate and also created the invoice.
- Draft: You have created the estimate and saved it as a draft.}
- Sent: You have sent the estimate to a customer.
- Void: The estimate is no longer valid
- Expired: The Valid Until date of the estimate has passed.

Use Filters to Find an Estimate:

To view estimates that meet certain conditions, or search for a specific estimate:

  1. On the left-side menu, click Sales  > Estimates.
  2. At the top of the page, you can see the estimate filters. Filter by customer name, estimate status, and date range to view the estimates that meet the criteria you set.
  3. To search for an estimate using the estimate number, enter the number in the rightmost field with the search icon.
