Follow the Steps Below to Find Them:
- You’re on the Transactions page and don’t see the transactions you expect:
- Transaction Filters are hiding the data you’re looking for.
- Check your filters to make sure you’re not filtering out what you want to see. - You’re on an Invoice tab, and invoices are missing:
- Invoice Filters are turned on, or you may be looking at the wrong tab.
- So, if you visit the Unpaid tab, but your filter is selecting only Paid invoices, you won’t see any data. Try clearing your filters or switching tabs. - The data you’re seeing doesn’t match the data you expect to see in the business profile:
- You have more than one business, or are a user of one or more businesses
- You can have multiple businesses under one account login and Wave usually loads the business you accessed last when you log in. However, if you don’t log in for a while, or use a different device, you might see a different business. Check the business name in the top right corner. To change profiles, click the name, then select Switch businesses. - All your data seems to be missing, including settings and preferences:
- You have accidentally created a new Balabook account.
- Sign out and sign back into your original account. - A business profile is missing:
- You have archived a business, or have been removed as a collaborator from a business.
