Some features may only be available with a Growth or Accountant subscription plan.
On the left-side menu:
- Dashboard: Click to view your business at a glance.
- Payroll: Click to access a dropdown menu for all things payroll (Overview , Employees , Payruns , Settings).
- Sales: Click to access and create your invoices and credit notes.
- Items: Click to access and create your items (good or services).
- Purchases: Click to access your bills,expenses, and credit notes.
- Banking: Click to access your connected bank accounts.
- Reports: Click to access your reports.
- Accountant: Click your chart of accounts and Journal Entries.
At the bottom left:
- Business name: Click your business name to view the drop-down menu.
- Company settings: Click to access your user management page, customization pages, payout bank information, business payroll information, subscriptions, and data export.
- Profile settings: Click to access your personal information, owner email addresses, notification settings, password and security, and business list.
- Sign out: Click to sign out of your Balabook account.
At the top left:
- Switch businesses: Click to switch to another business within your Balabook account.
