- Log in to your account at Balabook.
- At the bottom left corner, click your business name, then Company settings.
- From the Settings menu, select Billing.
- Under Billing and Invoices
- Press the 'View all your billing details and Invoces button'.
- On the right side, you’ll see the 'Cancel Subscription' button. By clicking it, your subscription plan will be canceled
