Admin users : Full access to all modules, including Sales, Items, Purchases, Partners, Banking, Accountant, Reports, Account Settings, and the ability to add collaborators and manage users. They also have full access to Data Export. However, they do not have access to Payroll.
Employees : Employee users have limited access. They can create invoices and credit notes but cannot approve them. They have access to expenses, including creating expense entries, but cannot approve those either. Employees cannot add items, and they have no access to Purchases, Partners, Banking, Accountant, Payroll, Reports, Data Export, or Account Settings. They do have limited access to VAT and Currency settings only.
Salesperson users : Have full access to the Sales module, allowing them to create and manage invoices and credit notes, but they cannot add new items. They have no access to Purchases, Partners, Banking, Accountant, Payroll, Reports, Data Export, or Account Settings. However, they do have limited access to VAT and Currency settings only.
Auditor users : Can create invoices and credit notes but cannot approve them. They have full access to items, but no access to purchases. They can view partners, banking, and accountant sections, but cannot add new entries in these areas. They have no access to payroll and can view reports, but cannot see the VAT report. Auditors also have no access to data export or account settings. However, they do have limited access to VAT and currency settings only.
Accountant users : Have full access to all major areas including Sales, Items, Purchases, Partners, Banking, Accountant, and Reports. They do not have access to Payroll, Data Export, or Account Settings. However, they have limited access to VAT and Currency settings only.
