How to Invite or Remove Collaborators from Your Business

-You can grant trusted individuals, such as accountants, tax preparers, or business partners, access to your Balabook account by inviting them as users.

-When a trusted user collaborates on your Balabook account, they can only see the business or personal profile they have been invited to. You must invite a user to each business individually for them to access additional business profiles.

Add a User to Your Business Profile:

  1. Log in to your Balabook account.
  2. In the bottom-left corner, click your business name, then select Company Settings.
  3. In the Settings menu, under Company Settings, click 'Team'.
  4. Click Add User, then enter the user’s email address and assign a role (Admin, Accountant, Salesperson, Employee, or Auditor).
  5. Click 'Send Invitation'.

Edit or Delete a User:

  1. Log in to your Balabook account.
  2. In the bottom-left corner, click your business name, then select Company Settings.
  3. In the Settings menu, go to the Team section.
  4. To edit a user's permissions, click 'Actions' next to their name, select 'Edit Role', choose a new role, and click 'Save'.
  5. To remove a user, click 'Remove' next to their name, then confirm by clicking 'Remove User'.
