-You can grant trusted individuals, such as accountants, tax preparers, or business partners, access to your Balabook account by inviting them as users.
-When a trusted user collaborates on your Balabook account, they can only see the business or personal profile they have been invited to. You must invite a user to each business individually for them to access additional business profiles.
Add a User to Your Business Profile:
- Log in to your Balabook account.
- In the bottom-left corner, click your business name, then select Company Settings.
- In the Settings menu, under Company Settings, click 'Team'.
- Click Add User, then enter the user’s email address and assign a role (Admin, Accountant, Salesperson, Employee, or Auditor).
- Click 'Send Invitation'.
Edit or Delete a User:
- Log in to your Balabook account.
- In the bottom-left corner, click your business name, then select Company Settings.
- In the Settings menu, go to the Team section.
- To edit a user's permissions, click 'Actions' next to their name, select 'Edit Role', choose a new role, and click 'Save'.
- To remove a user, click 'Remove' next to their name, then confirm by clicking 'Remove User'.
