If I Create a Payroll Run and Then Need to Add Employees, Can I Do That?

No. Once a payroll run has been created and employees have been selected, the employee list is locked and cannot be modified. However, if the payroll run is still in Draft status, you can edit other details before submission but you won't be able to add or remove employees at that stage. To include additional employees, you'll need to start a new payroll run.
