How to Add a Company in the Accountancy Manager

  1. From the bottom-left menu, select Accountancy Manager.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on Companies.
    • Here, you’ll see an overview of all the companies you’ve already created.
  3. To add a new company, click the Add Company button located on the right-hand side.
  4. Fill in the required company information.
  5. In the Template section at the bottom, you can:
    • Select the default Balabook template (which includes a standard chart of accounts, VAT codes, etc.), or
    • Create and use your own custom template.
  6. Once you’ve completed all the fields, click Save.

After saving, the new company will be available for management from the drop-down menu in the top-left corner, alongside your other companies.
