- From the bottom-left menu, select Accountancy Manager.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Companies.
- Here, you’ll see an overview of all the companies you’ve already created.
- To add a new company, click the Add Company button located on the right-hand side.
- Fill in the required company information.
- In the Template section at the bottom, you can:
- Select the default Balabook template (which includes a standard chart of accounts, VAT codes, etc.), or
- Create and use your own custom template.
- Once you’ve completed all the fields, click Save.
After saving, the new company will be available for management from the drop-down menu in the top-left corner, alongside your other companies.
